This accommodation had a central setting very close to the beach. Visited Kings Arms Restaurant for a few drinks, it was relatively near the hotel, recommend.

perfectly positioned for seaside walks and town exploration
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, particularly the short stroll of less than a 5-minute walk to The Nags Head for a hearty meal and the amazing views just a 10-minute walk down to the charming beach, made exploring Lyme Regis so easy and good.

The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The free parking at the back was a real lifesaver. I loved the breakfast setup. The kitchen had everything you could possibly want. Cereal, fruits, eggs, and a variety of spreads made it easy to help myself. The room was clean and cozy, with a fantastic sea view, made waking up special. The shower in my room didn't drain properly, frustrating. It would have been nice to have some herbal tea options available. Despite these issues, my stay felt relaxed and the owners were helpful.

The parking area is quite tight!!! The bathroom in our room had the smallest sink I've ever seen, lacking basic features like a shower caddy!!!
